Terracotta tiled steps lead up to the large solid teak double doors, which open into a spectacular entrance hall, floored with polished marble tiles, with internal access to the huge double remote controlled garage with sealed flooring and lined with built in storage, also on this level.
Up a flight of timber stairs, with ample storage underneath, lead to a massive, open plan living area with the kitchen, formal lounge, family and meals area. The floors in this whole area are solid classic Blackbutt hardwood and large skidding doors, creating cool breezes throughout, which adds to the tropical “Bali” experience that flows right through the home..
The area is air conditioned by a large unit, more than capable of cooling (or heating) all four rooms.

The formal lounge is perfect for entertaining, air conditioned for cooling along with the rest of the public area, it also has a wood heater for cosy get togethers in the winter.
The kitchen is very large with stainless steel appliances, including an oven, SMEG ceramic cooktop and a Bosch dishwasher, with a large granite island bench.
The family room leads into the master bedroom, located well away from the accommodation wing for additional privacy. The enormous master is fully carpeted, air conditioned and has an ensuite, with a walk in wardrobe on one side and a generous bathroom in the other. Into the accommodation section and bedrooms two and three are both carpeted with built in wardrobes. Bedroom three has sliding door access onto a verandah overlooking the front garden and bedroom four has similar access onto the side deck.
The large master bathroom services both of these bedrooms and has a spa bath, glass screened shower and a vanity with a granite top, again, a real Bali feel to it.
Next to the bathroom is the laundry / office with external egress to the side balcony and large storage cupboards and benches..
The home is conveniently located only a short drive to the Logan Hyperdome, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, cinema’s and of course the large Logan Bus Interchange, offering services all over Brisbane.
